Each member of the Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart pack was once a worthless run away. Whether they had family or were lonely souls completely on their own, they were worthless to the world and unwanted. Some of them were runaways, while others were orphans with nothing behind them to run away from. A few came from more complex situations. They all had a few things in common: the basic criteria to become a pack member. How the alpha can look into someone's soul without even speaking to them is a mystery but each member of the pack has several similar qualities.

    1. They have no important ties outside of the pack. Though there is no common reason why, their only bonds consist of pack members.
    2. They are fiercely loyal. Without really knowing this Alpha, they trust and usually adore him. He is a mysterious figure, but one that they hold onto.
    3. Their loyalty isn't solely to this mysterious man. Their trust in him is so absolute that they believe in any pack members they meet without questioning.
    4. They would sooner die than betray someone they were loyal to.
    5. They will die to protect their family. Fighting happens frequently, and none of them ever shy away.
    6. They are smart. Maybe not book smart or maybe non common sense smart, but in some way, they are brilliant and unique. Their minds are theirs alone.

This is the basic criteria for them, and they all fit. Some fit differently, not brave in the same way, not smart in the same way, not loyal in the same way, but they are all brave, loyal, and smart. Because he so easily knows these people, they trust him and allow him to lead them. Most of the time, his guidance comes from letters. Whenever they sleep, he silently places them in their hands to be found in the morning. The instructions are usually blunt and simple. There are no complex rituals or intricate customs on the road. There are simple rules they must follow to survive.

    1. They take care of each other. They are a family and families stick together.
    2. They don't trust outsiders. Outsiders are anyone and everyone the alpha doesn't approve, even genetic family members. They aren't to be fed, clothed, or trusted on their own.
    3. Food, water, shelter, clothing, and money are all important. Each of them has a chosen role to earn these.

The Alpha seems to know what each of them would be the most comfortable with. It is either that or he is clever at placing them in the right place at the wrong time. Some of them are thieves, hitching rides with strangers and stealing as much as they can. A few bold ones even steal cars. Some of them get work along the high ways, cleaning cars, pumping gas. There is a small handful that are prostitutes, selling their skin to make it. No matter how they get by the money, it is all brought to one place: the main den. There, they drop all of it at their leisure. Even when they haven't been able to make money, food and new clothing is always there for them when they need it.

Their main den is a car dump, where broken down, trashed cars are left to rust until they can be recycled for parts. A black truck that has been there so long that the paint is faded is where the goods are dumped. When the pack gathers in the main den, that is where they all go.

This time was no different from any time before, they were given letters in their sleep and when they returned, the rest of the pack was waiting.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Full10
Serina couldn’t handle this. She really couldn’t. Since she was eight years old, she had been in charge of her two brothers. That meant she had taken care of them for more than half of their lives. It was second nature to her. Around the time she was fifteen, she had walked away for a year, too sick to keep going, but that had been the only time they had ever been apart. Then she had learned that it was wrong. Three years certainly wasn’t enough time for her to start questioning it again. Certainly she was only nineteen, but that didn’t mean she wasn’t their mother. After all, their own hadn’t been around, so someone had to take the role.

Looking at her brothers, she wasn’t sure how to feel beyond the panic of losing them. Because her panic was well hidden and all they could see was her smile, they were talking. Even Aaron was eager. Though his expression was distant and disinterested, she could see the excitement that peeked through. He was eager to meet new people. They all were. Even she was. She just didn’t want to let go of her two brothers. Things had been rough for them and she was ever reluctant to let go. If she lost them...

Shivering, she reminded herself that Alpha arranged it. Alpha had saved them time and time again. There was no way that he would let anything bad happen. Any bad feelings she had were from habit. Looking around, she watched for the rest of the pack. She and her brothers were all perched on cars. The two boys were on the hood of a green ford, while she sprawled, deceptively relaxed, on a red camero. It broke her heart that the car was dead. It was absolute gorgeous. As she soaked up the sun, she tried to imagine what was to come. She was tense, unprepared and uncertain. Her heart wanted the best, but her mind couldn’t stop reminding her of the worst. After all, it was always the latter that seemed to track them down.
Aaron was eager, edgy, and ready. Though he had only known his siblings for most of his life, he was eager for that to change. Getting to know people, strangers, it was exciting. He had never really talked much in his life. Even when their lives were normal, he had been an outcast and uncomfortable. The world they lived in was too unforgiving and he wasn’t too eager to understand it anyway. The more he understood the less he liked it. After all of the betrayal, hurt, and abuse, all he really wanted was to taste a bit of the good life. It was sad that living alongside a highway, playing bodyguard while his sister sold her body could count as the good life, but it did. They were never hungry, and no one was trying to tear them apart anymore. Even now, as Alpha pointed them in different directions, he wasn’t tearing them apart.

No, he was leading them gently. All children grew up, and families grew apart. The three siblings had their fair share of fights. With someone outside of their families to rely on, they would be able to get along with less difficulty. He knew that he wanted someone else to listen to. Even if he never got to speak a word, at least hearing a new voice would be nice. Plus, he was feeling lonesome in a way that company couldn’t sure. While he may not find love with his new companions, he could at least gain an infatuation, have his heartbroken, and feel richer for it. IT sounded like a good plan in his head.

Naom was the most eager to meet new people. All he could talk about was how different they would look. The three siblings looked fairly similar. They had the same delicate jaw line, the same large, deceptively naive eye-shape, the same button nose, and the same full, lips. There were slight differences, but for the most part, if it wasn't for the different hues of their hair and eyes, they might have all looked like identical twins.

Serina was a blonde, though it was a dusty, sandy color, nearly brown. Her eyes were the most beautiful sapphire blue to grace the world. Naom knew he idealized his sister, but nothing could change his mind about the color of her eyes. Aaron was a redhead. Though the red had a brown tint to it, it was still red, and Naom had argued with his brother endlessly about that. To compliment his red hair was a pair of cyan eyes that looked like little gems. They were so pretty and pigmented in color that they looked almost unreal. Naom had simple brown hair and plain green eyes. In his mind, it was boring, but that was fine. He had a winning personality.

As he described people with green mowhawks and purple eyes and tattoos and body mods, he had no idea that it made his sister uncomfortable and more worried. All he knew was that he was eager to meet the freaks, so to speak. He wanted to get to know more people in the world he called home.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Judal_11
Name: Mirage
Gender: Male

Mirage read over the letters on paper, at this point having committed it to memory. He didn’t mind working with different people, for if the alpha trusted them so did he. However, he couldn’t stop the tinge of worry at the thought of leaving his sister-by-friendship. He had been with her since the age of six. She had been the one to convince him to take this adventure, to leave the small yet happy life they had once shared.

Mirage didn’t regret his decision, how could he? People who treated him right surrounded him; instead of taking advantage of him just because he had feminine features. He was provided with food and clothing, even if he didn’t bring much income to the table. He tried his best, working between helping at gas stations and whoring himself.

He sighed, placing the letter carefully in the envelope and placed it in the front of his shirt. He was just a small young adult trying to make it in a world that didn’t accept orphans or run aways. He glanced around the small area, noting the people already gathered, and spotted his current companions. Raquel was sitting on the hood of the car, while Mirage sat on the roof. Noir lay beside Raquel, his hair being pulled into the oddness that it was. He smiled, moving to lie on his stomach as the two began to include him in their conversation.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Noir10
Name: Noir
Gender: Male
(The blue haired male)

Noir was tense. He could practically feel his muscles yelling at him to quit the forced act, to just relax and trust Alpha as he was called, yet he couldn’t. While he trusted anyone the Alpha trusted, he couldn’t stop the trickle of panic that came like second nature at this point. He would also miss the spunky Raquel and timid Mirage. They had become quick friends and now it was time to part.

Noir brushed his hair out of his face, a nervous habit that he couldn’t seem to get to go away. A minor reason he had grown his hair out. He should put his hair up, he thought. He reached into the pocket of the large coat he wore and pulled one of the many worn bands he owned. They were the only objects he had brought with him from home, that and money. Noir didn’t want to pull all of his hair back, instead, opting to pull only his bangs back over the top of his head. The style looked odd, but it did its job.

Golden hues flicked nervously over the car dump, wondering which of the people he saw was going to be in the little group he had been assigned too. He shook his head. He was worried over such a trivial thing. Their pack was nice and while there may be a little distrust, as was human nature, they would all still be loyal to each other and that’s what he should remember.

The thought helped a little and he was able to laugh with Raquel and Mirage as he lie comfortably on the hood of the car. They would survive, because they had someone who believed in them.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Raquel11
Name: Raquel
Gender: Female

Raquel was completely opposite of her brother companions. She was excited, more so because she was finally going to meet some of her pack sisters. It was nice, being with boys who were constantly pushing her to strive better, but it would be a nice change of pace to run with girls. She could talk to them about things she couldn’t with boys, things that would make her current companions run the other way in embarrassment. She laughed at the image, earning her a weird look from said companions.

No, Raquel was pumped and ready to go. She loved her life with the Alpha and would gladly dive head first into a volcano to please him. She was one of the ones who did tricky jobs, such as stealing, but she didn’t care. That was the thrill of it, to not be caught. She loved being able to take things with the person sitting beside her, idly chatting with someone they pitied too much to pay attention too. She hadn’t stolen a car yet, but she was working on it. Cars were good, because it would allow pack members to travel the length of the highway and use different “cliental” without alerting the authorities.

She sighed, noticing how the other two were reacting. Raquel knew Mirage didn’t deal well with change, but he would do his best. It was his nature. Noir would just go with the flow, despite whatever internal thoughts he would have. She didn’t know Noir’s past, didn’t particularly care to ask. She just knew he had run away from home, much the same as how she and Mirage had run away from the orphanage. Again, she sighed, and waited for someone to point out her new partners to her.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Axel_a10

Axel walked through the cars leading his sister through the junk yard. She followed him so close, that she was almost by his side but still managed to stay behind him. He turned around and smiled at her, putting his hand on her head like she was a little kid. "Almost there," He reassured her. She just gazed at him and nodded silently, her expression unchanging. He sighed and turned around, continuing to make his way to his destination. He remembered when they were younger, almost ten years ago, when she was lively and full of emotions like any other kid her age. After the accident and the death of their parents, they suddenly realized just how small and defenseless they really were in this world.

None of their 'loving' family members were willing to shelter them and they were almost sent to an orphanage. Almost, until Axel decided to protect his sister from any more pain, taking her far away from their former home. She used to sing for him too, only in a small weak voice though. Like the life had been drained from her. 2 years after they left, she stopped talking all together and hasn't spoken a word since. Axel walked casually over the cars, wondering what kind of people would be there, waiting for them. He hadn't been separated from Lina his whole life, but according to the alphas orders, there were going to be separated for the first time. At first he had been worried for Lina. He explained it to her in the easiest way possible expected her to lash out, or even yell at him. But instead, he was met with a simple understanding nod. He knew she understood and trusted the alpha and his orders, but he still wished for some sort of response from her.

They had always relied on each other in an odd way. For the most part, Axel was the provider for the both of them, stealing and doing minor jobs wherever he could. Although on certain days when Axel couldn't bring back anything for them, Lina would slip away from Axel and come back with either a new ride to help them get away, or some money to help them survive. Eager to meet these people, Axel quickened his pace and Lina set hers to match his.

Lina walked behind Axel her eyes scanning the area every few seconds. She could see Axel was keen to meet new people, but nervous for her. She didn't understand why though, as she was 100% loyal to Axel and their Alpha, and any sort of change instigated by them didn't phase her. In fact, she was more ready for a change of scenery than anyone might have thought. Axel lived for Lina and while she knew this and loved him whole-heartily for it, she wanted to help him too. She could only slip away and do her work when Axel has been drawn thin from an unsuccessful day. She always managed to bring something back for them because of how well she could fade into a crowd. Her quiet, blank face made her indifferent from everyone else and she looked innocent enough that no-one glanced at her twice. Their mistake though, as it could cost them their most valuable possessions and money.

Lina has never been a very 'go with the flow' but more of a 'someone i trust is relying on me' kind of person. She would always look to Axel for approval before doing more extreme things and now that she would be separated from him she would have to adapt to these new people somehow. The only worry she had was that they wouldn't be able to work with her because shes mute by choice. Shes very capable of showing what she means and is highly affectionate because of her lack of verbal communication, But she knew enough to trust in the Alpha and could only wait and see what these people might be like.

Her brother walked faster in anticipation and she matched her stride with his. She looked up to the back of his messy black hair. Their appearances only varied in tiny ways, Lina's hair being blue-black and her eyes being a lighter blue than Axels. But more often than not were they mistaken for a couple because of these differences and how closely Lina would stand to Axel and how she would move when he did, adapting herself to be as close as possible at all times. It wasn't necessary and She could be away from Axel but it was a habit she had picked up from when she was younger and Axel would always remind her to 'keep close'

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) _oc__pink_by_zaphylla-d4iajvo
Echo hadn’t had an easy life. No one really had an easy life. Each road held its own bumps and troubles, but Echo’s had been particularly difficult. Betrayal, murder, rape, and pain marked him from his youngest days. He had rarely been a direct victim, but the waves generated from such evil had a far reach, especially in such a young life. Watching people he loved and walked to protect being brutalized did a number to his head. Nothing was quite right with it or him for that matter. His nightmares consisted of shadowy figures and blood splattered walks. Some were a conjuring of his mind, but far too many were genuine memories.

Blessedly, he had never known this, never realized that the terrors that chased him into reality were real. All he knew was that sleep well hell. Many people felt that way. At least his waking world had him free. If he ever remembered his past, he would lose that freedom. Perhaps that was why Fallen never told him, or perhaps Fallen had other reasons for never mentioning it. Whatever it was, all Echo knew of life was joy and the desire to make the most of it. Because of that, change didn’t fear him. New things exhilarated him. Different situations enthralled him. He wanted to live life on the edge and experience everything the world held. There were millions of mysteries and magics to be found. If he didn’t find a new one every day, he would surely run out of time.

The merry little laugh that chased Echo was like a beckon of where he was as he ran through the dump. Every few minutes, it would waver as he sucked in a breath, but usually the happy pounding of his hands on the hood of a car declared where he was all the same. It didn’t take him long to reach the center. There, his laughter faltered under all of the eyes. For a moment, he looked around wildly, his blue gray eyes searching for Fallen. Swallowing hard, he waved to his packmates. These people were strangers, but they were also his family. That surely had to mean something.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Untitl11

There were already two other groups there. It was obvious by the way the others clung together that they were groups. Just as Echo burst into the clearing, he had hoped to his feet. With a final goodbye, he drank in his brother and sister's appearances. He wanted the memories to stay fresh until they met again. With a faint smile, he waved to them and then turned away. Giving Echo a grin, he didn't approach him. He already knew who he was. There was just enough talk between packs for him to be certain. Echo had been described as a loveable spaz, and while he was certainly a spaz, Naom had to question the loveable part. He was moderately relieved not to be a part of his group.

Walking over to the other pack of three, he waved towards them. Glancing at his note, he asked, "Are any of you Lina, Sarah, Sophia, or Noir? I am Naom, and I am supposed to be traveling with those four from now on." His eyes were uncertain, obviously guarded, but his smile was friendly and soft. Like a dog that had been abused before, he was friendly, but withheld. It wouldn't take him long to warm up, but for now, he was more than a little jumpy.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Fallen10

Fallen held back a flinch at the abrupt, harsh noise that came from Echo slamming down on the hood of a random car. A couple of the kids that were hanging around camp shot a look at him. Already, there were many kids lying on top of the broken, empty cars. Each of them were waiting for the exact same thing as Fallen: what their alpha had to say to them. Though he remembered what his letter had said, he couldn't help but cast an anxious glance at Echo. They had rarely been apart. Sometimes, Echo would wander off for a couple of hours to play with one of his new friends.

His brother raced into the center of the junkyard, his bright laughter faltering as the others turned their gaze to him. Fallen swallowed back the protective nature that sprung up, wanting to shield Echo from their judging looks, and glanced around to see if anyone would wave back to Echo. A few of them sent their own greetings down to the little boy, putting Fallen a little more at ease. They were his packmates, and he knew that he should trust them more than he did. Paranoia is what had kept him alive thus far though.

Shoving off from the side of the old green-ish gray pickup truck he had been leaning against, he raised his hand in greeting and to wave Echo over.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Left_t10

Sarah sat cross-legged on the roof of a rusted car that she suspected was from the 1970's and had once been a nice shade of blue. The one that was called Echo had just burst into the clearing, startling her slightly. Echo had a reputation going around about the level of his energy. From what she had seen and heard of him so far, she could tell that the rumors hadn't been exaggerating. She couldn't help but a little grateful that she wasn't in the same group as the ball of pure energy.

Sliding to the ground, she stretched and looked around. It did no good to sit there all day. Looking around, she spied two dark haired teenagers who stood close together. Walking over, she stopped a few feet away and gave them a small smile. "Are either of you Naom, Noir, Sophia, or Lina? My name is Sarah."

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Axel_a10

Axel was surprised when Lina waved to the boy, who he was assuming was the one everyone had described as Echo. She mustve been looking forward to meeting the others more than he expected because she looked up to Axel and smiled excitedly, an emotion he hadnt seen in her for a while. He suddenly became more at ease with the situation and sighed with relief. He would stick with her until she found the four others that she was partnered with, and then go and search for his own new crew. A green-haired girl approached them looking for members of her own group.

" Heya Sarah, Unfortunatly I am none of those people, but my sister here is Lina. Shes mute, but once you get to know her communication wont be a problem." He explained as Lina gripped his hand tightly.

As excited as Lina was to go and meet her new friends, she was nervous to let go of Axel. The one person who could talk to her without words. She breathed in and let go of Axel and walked up to Sarah giving her a polite smile and bowing as her greeting. She looked back to Axel and reassured him that she was going to be fine from now on and ushered him to go look for his group. She pulled out her letter from one of her sleeves and pointed at the names then at the other group of people, indicating that they should go ask them if they were paired with any of them. She hoped the girl would be able to understand her well enough to grasp what she was trying to tell her.

Echo smiled at those that waved to him and then bolted back to Fallen's side. Like a frighten child, he buried his face against his brother's arm. More accurately, his half brother's arm. Clinging to him for a moment, he whispered softly, "Twinkle, twinkle, little star. How I wonder what you are." Pulling his face away from Fallen's tattered jacket, he smiled up at him, blue eyes closing briefly. Letting go, he turned away and looked around. His eyes were curious and bright as he eyed each person that stood around. There were two dark haired siblings, three fair haired siblings, and then a ragtag group. One of the fair haired siblings approached the ragtag group as a green haired girl approached the two dark haired siblings.

Reaching his hand back towards Fallen, he silently asked for his hand as he mused out loud, "I wonder who we'll be traveling with." Catching sight of Noir, he grinned and remarked, "I wouldn't mind the blue one. He looks fun...Doesn't look much like an Axel, though, does he?" There was a minute sign, something that only Fallen would notice, and then he shouted, "Which of you is Axel? We're Echo and Fallen!" He had the impulse to laugh and hide behind Fallen, but stopped himself. Instead, he merely smiled, waiting. He wanted to get back on the road!

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Sarah10
Turning her attention to the quiet female, Sarah gave her another smile. "Hi, Lina. It is nice to meet you." She noticed Lina clutching at her brother briefly and couldn't help but wonder what their past was. From what she could tell, everyone here had a history bad enough for them to be out living on the streets. She had come from a family of alcoholics and had runaway two years ago on her fourteenth birthday.

Blinking to get rid of the memories, she watched Lina tap on the note with the list of names they would be traveling with. She was about to agree to looking for them, at least that is what she though Lina wanted, when someone shouted out for a kid named Axel. The sudden noise made her wince and spin around to glare at the source of it. Of course, Echo didn't look apologetic at all, and the taller teenager behind him made her nervous.

"Let's go look for the others," she said to Lina. "I'm not sure who is who, but I do know that the loud little one over there isn't in our group. His name is Echo." She pointed over to the pinked haired boy. Sarah led the way over to a pair of looked to be brunette twins, hoping one of them was in their group.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Fallen11
With his free hand, Fallen ran his fingers through Echo's hair as he replied in a sing-song voice, "Up above the sky so high. Like a diamond in the sky." Quoting nursery rhymes to each was something that they had been doing since they were little, and it brought a small amount of comfort with the familiarity of it. Scanning the group with his brother, he tried to guess which of them was Axel.

The slight shift in Echo gave Fallen just enough time to brace himself before Echo shouted out for Axel. "That cut out a lot of time," he mused, leaning down to mumbled it in Echo's ear. He straightened up to look over the others once again to try and spot Axel.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Lina10

Lina turned around when she heard Axel's name being called. She already knew that Echo was in the group with Axel and she caught his eye and gave him a good luck nod. She thought he might need it, Although she was certain that he would get along with almost anyone and was more tolerant than most. She then followed Sarah over to another pair of people. Boys, who looked almost identical. She smiled warmly towards them and went to show them the paper, but she thought it would be best if she let Sarah talk instead.

She looked around at the other people scattered around the area, trying to find each other. The group was small, but you could tell just by looking how different everyone was. So unique either by appearance or actions. She looked back to the boys hoping one of them would be joining herself and Sarah
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Axel10

Axel waited a few seconds while everyone either ignored or stared down the loud boy, then made his way over to introduce himself to his new companions. The boy was looking around for someones response, and he waved to them. "Hey, Axel here. " He said casually, taking in the two new faces. The two boys, Echo and Fallen looked like complete opposites. At least they both seemed friendly enough, so Axel didnt really care about much else.

They'd all had their fair share of hardships but they were all strong and loyal to the Alpha and each other. They were like a small family, all understanding of each other.

Echo smiled at the dark haired girl that nodded to him, his eyes warm with friendliness. "Average person lives 80 years. We’re high risk, so our lives are probably half over already. No point in wasting time," Echo answered cheekily. He knew that Fallen wasn’t scolding him, but every so often it was fun to just bristle and see how his friend would react. Sometimes, he secretly wished that Fallen would lash out at him. The fight would be such fun, and when it was over, they could sit down and have a good laugh about it. Then again, if they had such a fight, it was hard to say for certain how either of them would react. He rather imagined that Fallen would feel guilty, and he would feel stupid. That was why all of their fights dissolved into pathetic laughter.

"Axel!" Echo cheered, shifting away from Fallen. Casting his brother a grin, he looked at the strange man, his eyes eager to drink in his appearance. Dark hair, blue eyes, and fair skin: he rather fit in, Echo mused. Both he and Fallen were pale and had shades of blue to their eyes. While they did have different hair colors, it was like steps in the shift of hue, from white, to blonde, to brown. Nodding to himself, he held out his arms for a hug as he declared, "Welcome to our group!"
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Aaron10

Aaron saw the two girls approaching him and Serina. Kicking Serina gently, he nodded to her. He knew that she was to go with two girls now. He knew that they weren’t looking for him though. He was to travel with two males, judging from their names. Riley and Mirage; he had heard of both, but he wasn’t sure who was who. Once most of the other groups had cleared away or they started looking for him, he would step up and say something. For now, he leaned back against the car, his eyes returning to the sky.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Serina10

Serina shot her brother a dirty look before smiling at the two girls approaching. Were they Sabrina and Raquel? Hopping off of the car and onto her feet, she waved in greeting. "I am Serina. Are you Sabrina and Raquel?" For some reason, she had thought that the girls she was going to be traveling with would be closer to her in age, but she didn’t mind. The Alpha was right about one thing: her life did revolve around being a big sister.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Noir10

Mirage glanced up as someone started banging on cars. The noise seemed odd after the last few minutes of quiet. Mirage chuckled at the small male, knowing it was the loveable spaz, Echo. He waved politely when Echo stopped and glanced around. Mirage wasn’t a part of the group and for that he was relieved. He wasn’t sure if he could handle the randomness.

“Are any of you Lina, Sarah, Sophia, or Noir? I am Naom, and I am supposed to be travelling with those four from now on.”

Mirage looked at the newcomer, realizing he was from the group of triplets. Mirage lifted a hand and pointed at Noir, as did Raquel.

“I’m Noir, nice to meet you, Naom. I suppose we should look for the other two. I don’t suppose you know who Serina and … Who was the one you were supposed to travel with, Mirage?” Noir sat up as he spoke; stepping off the car with a grace denied most. His coat brushed the ground as if teasing it with brief brushes. Turning back so he could look at his friend, who had scooted down onto the hood with Raquel.

“Aaron.” Mirage murmured, his attention drawn elsewhere as people began to intermingle among different groups.

“Which of you is Axel? We’re Echo and Fallen!”

The words echoed for a moment as the three turned their attention to the one who had yelled. Everything seemed to pause for a second before someone stepped forward. Noir turned his attention back to Naom. “We should look for the other two, come on.”

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Sarah10

Sarah blinked in surprise when one of the boys turned out to be a girl from the pitch of her voice. Quickly getting over it, she shook her head. "No, I'm Sarah and this is Lina. We aren't traveling together...Do you know which one is Naom and Noir? They are the last two in our group."

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Fallen11

Fallen rolled his eyes at his friend's words, knowing that they were true but also knowing that Echo was only saying them to be annoying. Every so often, he would do things like that where he would purposely try and get Fallen to fight with him. Fallen knew this and never rose to the bait, gaining amusement from how it would silently frustrate Echo over a period of time. Echo would then push harder, saying crueler, harsher things, and Fallen would continue to ignore him or turn his words into a joke. It was a cycle that had been going on for years now.

Looking up at the male coming towards them, Fallen took in his appearance. The dark hair made him stand out among the three of them, while his blue eyes made him fit in. His piercings were another thing that made him stand out since neither Fallen or Echo wore them. Fallen worried too much about infection during the first few weeks to even attempt to get a piercing, and since he didn't like it, he wouldn't let Echo get any. Other than those minor things, Axel looked like every other street rat that Fallen had met.

"Welcome," he echoed after his brother with a slight smile.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) 3635480144a4049450911b679480274l

A single hug. That was the only goodbye Sabrina got. She had wanted to show a tough exterior for her sister and tell her, “We‘ll be alright. It‘ll just be a little awhile but we‘ll see each other again”. Instead, she had bawled her little emerald eyes out. Luckily the rubble and wreckage had hidden her display from anyone else. That was nice in itself though. No one except Sophia ever got to see her flashes of emotion, and she labored to keep it that way. Feelings were bad for business after all, and her line of work usually wasn’t good to begin with.

The irony of being comforted by her baby sister didn't escape the older redhead either, but it was something she’d grown used to being that the two had shared every bright moment and every dark time with no comfort other than the warmth of her sister. She lived with her little sister for all of her life. Taken care of her with an almost slavish devotion. After all, Sophia was all she had left. Their parents were long passed, and nothing could change that. Not that the bastards were ever worth anything to begin with. Sabrina had gone through more than her fair share of odd jobs for her sister, resorted to selling herself when there weren‘t any other opportunities, and just about anything else imaginable for their sake. Nothing truly gruesome or wrong. Didn’t have the heart for it. But if was for Sophia…she’d tear a man’s throat out if was for Sophia…well…maybe not that much. A good kick to the groin could put him down, and that was enough.

Sabrina stood for a moment, watching Sophia turn, the short ruby locks bouncing ever so slightly with every sway of her step. A numb sensation filled Sabrina's chest. Watching Riley leave had been easy. Gutless, spineless bastard who couldn’t tell you what right was even when you put a knife to his throat and asked him what he thought of stabbing a firefighter saving two kids. She’d never liked the boy, and probably never would. Too shifty, and having that come from someone who had been a spy, thief, whore, and every other shady vocation under the sun had to mean something. The redhead strode away, willing back the tears brimming just below the surface, replacing them with the casual scowl she wore. Feelings were bad for business. That mantra had stuck with her for the past fifteen years, and it would stay even now.

The redhead glanced down at the tattered scrap of parchment in her hands. Alpha had said that she was bunking with some dirt rats named Serina and Raquel. It was almost instinctive to dislike them. They weren’t Sophia. But today was the start of something different, and thus she threw a fresh coat of dirt on the embers of loathing, determined to pound out a new path for her pack mates. The scowl stayed however. Nothing was going to change that.

Sabrina slunk through the groups until she heard a quiet voice murmuring her name amongst the clamor. Sabrina’s head snapped in the direction and she traced it to find a slight, sandy haired girl with the most piercing blue eyes. They seemed to lie somewhere at the bottom of the ocean. Eyes that you fix yourself on and get lost in. There was also some rag-tag lavender haired woman nearby, but she seemed irrelevant. Sabrina didn’t let that gaze stop her, and she curtly introduced herself. “Yes. Sabrina. Absolutely enthralled to meet you,” her voice had a hint of sarcasm in it, though the redhead didn’t believe that any of the dirt rats here were slow enough to let such a thing go undetected. Live wisely or die as a fool. One of the key rules of the wasteland.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Images

Sabrina always had this wishy-washy way about her. It was unsettling to Sophia. Why did she care so much? Why did anyone care? Those thoughts always drove her to have a smile on her face, ready to laugh at a moment’s notice. Stupidity was funny after all. Sabrina was special though. Her stupidity felt nice. It was warm and soothing. Being her sister might’ve had something to do with it too, but that didn’t really seem to matter. Everyone else though…everyone else could die. That made Sophia laugh too. People dying. They were stupid enough to let someone put a knife in their neck, and her reflection in the glistening liquid she adored so much was proof of such things. Made it easy to smile. She was smart after all. Still alive.

Sophia skipped away after comforting her sister. The tears…they were silly, but they invoked a certain maternal sense in the younger redhead. Made her want to hug her sister and hush away the bad emotions. These moments of her own stupidity were easy to hide though, and usually people weren’t around to see them. At least they weren’t around much longer if Sophia could help it. Sabrina had this misconception that Sophia needed protection from the “bad men” and the “strangers”. Stupid. Or maybe her sister realized that anyone foolish enough to try to chat Sophia up usually wasn’t alive for much longer, and that didn't sit well with the older redhead. And the rapists…the muggers…well she honestly couldn’t remember a time they had even gotten a hand on her. Sophia loved the way her own hair would bob as she turned to execute a perfect backhand slash with the knife hidden against her thigh, feeling as a ballerina when she completed the pirouette and saw a body drop to the ground. The metal was always warm to the touch, both before and after it was sheathed. A leather strap was hard to come by though, so she always ended up licking the blade clean. Sabrina didn’t approve, but then again she didn’t have much of a taste for blood. Her loss.

Bounding away, twirling through the rubble, Sophia happened upon the main group. They all looked stupid. Too trusting and too nice. That’s why Sophia had taken a shine to Riley before. He knew that being nice usually meant dying. They’d understood each other. Never truly connected, but at least understood at a fundamental level. Sophia could hear her name once or twice, and she continued her dance to the source of the noise. Though her graceful motions seemed erratic, every twist and turn was calculated to measure the distance and range of every person around her. If one lashed out, she could easily sway out of reach and turn back in to slice her attacker’s jugular.

Eventually, Sophia reached a group of people. Two looked like they would be exceptionally stupid. Not that it wouldn’t be fun. She could imagine every angle to cut their body and envision the blood pooling beneath them, and the plans made her giggle. One, though, who had blue hair and was tall, didn’t look all that stupid. He was a bit nervous. He might even be wary. All the more fun to play tricks on. With a seemingly limitless supply of energy, she hopped up onto one of the nearby cars and shouted “Hi! I’m Sophia! Hope you live long enough for us to be friends!”

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) AnimeGuy161

Riley sighed as he departed. Sabrina and Sophia, while not the friendliest of girls, usually didn’t try to get in his face over anything. Sophia could actually be pleasant on occasion. Creepy, but pleasant. Regardless, neither of the sisters ever wanted anything to do with him, and that suited Riley just fine. He didn’t want anything to do with them. Or any of the pack members for that matter. Alpha was fine enough. Something about the guy just radiated this air of confidence and trust. It seemed almost condescending, like how a father would see his children. Or maybe his grandchildren. For that, Riley decided, he would like to have a word with Alpha, but for now, none of that made a difference. He was finding new pack mates, and that called for a new guise.

The young male paused for a moment, admiring his reflection in the shattered glass of a wrecked car. (I’m a pretty handsome guy, eh?). And he truly was. It was hard having a good con without a good face after all. And Riley was all firm jaw, dazzling smile, and golden eyes that looked like they had a fresh set of dew on them. Made him look more innocent in a way. Suckers. He practiced different ways of smiling. Finding something inviting, a different look that seemed kind, and still yet another expression that was friendly. Something that said “I won’t hurt you, honest”. Not that Riley would. He was all for peace. Being nice usually kept you in your own skin and out of the ground. But it was never genuine. Couldn’t afford to be genuinely nice out here, everyone knew that.

Riley waited for the dust to clear as other groups romped away. He could hear the voices of Sabrina and Sophia at some point over the clamor, his ears accustomed to the arrogant tone of one and the playful tone of the other, but otherwise he couldn’t make a thing out amidst the din. Finally, with seemingly no one else to turn to, he cautiously walked to meet a brunette male leaning against a car. Putting on the nicest look he could muster, he greeted the man. “Hello there. My name’s Riley. I presume you’re either…Mirage or Aaron,” Riley’s words were sweet honey to the senses, a talent he’d picked up from his years of road wisdom. Nice guys weren’t so easy to incriminate, especially the ones who knew exactly what to say to the law and how to say it.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Axel11
After a proper introduction, Axel gave the two boys a quick look over, memorizing their features. They were almost two polar opposites in the looks department and after the few words they had exchanged they seemed to be the same personality wise. Axel was mildly relieved he was grouped with these two, despite most of the people gathered around who expressed mild discontent for the loud boy.

Having spent most of his life with Lina, who was a mute by choice, it was an odd feeling to know he was going to be away from her, leaving her to others. At the same time, Axel was happy to have someone to finally speak too. While he was so familiar with Lina and her actions, the silence almost drove him mad sometimes and it felt lonely at times when she wasn't there, leaning against him or in direct contact with him. She was so silent, now he had been given this small, loud kid, who would probably push his patience to no end, but he was happy for the change, although uneasy to see her go.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Lina11
Lina scanned the area and saw a few others who looked like they hadn't yet found their team. She tugged on Sarah's shirt and pointed to them. A new bunch group had emerged from behind the cars, although they had already parted and were finding their new partners with ease. The group of people Lina pointed too seemed to be the last of the ones who hadn't found the rest of their team. She turned around to see how Axel was getting along with his new crew. Lina wasn't very worried about him, though, even with Echo.

Axel was probably the most laid back person she had ever known and it took a lot to actually annoy him. They seemed like a good group, even the tall long-haired one seemed to be alright, considering he didn't really let on much of his personality.

Looking back to Sarah, Lina watched her talk with the girl they had just met and found out that she wasn't in their group, Sabrina. She wondered what her story was but on the other hand she didn't really want to know. She wouldn't even get the chance to find out though, as she had moved on to find her group as herself and Sarah had moved on to go find their own last members.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Untitl12

Echo puffed up his cheeks obviously trying not to pout when Axel didn't return his hug. Turning towards Fallen, he hugged him instead. Slipping his tiny hand into Fallen's, he twisted his childishly rounded fingers with his long, elegant fingers. Tugging on his hand gently, he leaned back, away from the gathering of their supposed siblings. Smiling halfway, he said softly to Axel, "We should get going. We're not earning anything standing around." Looking up at Fallen, he whispered, "And I'm hungry." Echo's mood had shifted from loud and annoying to soft and timid. He wanted to hide against his white haired brother and maybe sleep for a few hours.

Of course, he couldn't do that, but his nearly bipolar shift in mood could be disconcerning for Axel. Echo didn't care much. It was best to let him get adjusted to the insane shifts of pace from the getgo. At least then when Echo started crying for no reason, he wouldn't get freaked out...so the young blonde hoped. The thought made the faintest smile appear on his face as he continued to lean back, pulling his brother slowly away from the crowd and back towards the road that he was so in love with.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Serina10

"Naom is my baby. He went over there," Serina informed Sarah and Line with a faint smile. She was almost regretful that these two wouldn’t be her travel companions. They seemed like good companion. Still, she pointed out her little brother, who was speaking with four strangers. Silently, she hoped that the girls would take good care of her baby brother. Her first impulse was to ask them to, to take their hands and beg them to look out for him...but she couldn’t do that. Not to him, because it would humiliate him, and not to them, because it would put too much pressure on them. She knew that they would look out for each other, and that was all she could ask for from traveling companions. Smiling, she murmured, "Good luck and safe travels."

Hearing a voice, Serina turned to look. Spotting a redhaired woman with green eyes, her ocean hues brightened with interest. There was no denying her interest in the woman’s curvy figure, but that died the instant she heard the sarcasm. "You should be," she told her, the voice she spoke in so dry that it was obvious what she meant. Standing up, she patted Aaron’s knee. Blowing him a kiss, she gestured for Sabrina to follow her and said, "Come on. I think I see our last companion." Stuffing her hands into her pockets, she started walking in the same direction that Naom had gone. She arrived just as he walked off, making her frown. Glancing at the two that were still there, she gestured with a thumb over her shoulder. "If one of you is Mirage, that is Aaron over there." Looking at the lavender haired woman, she thrust out her hand and said, "Assuming you’re Raquel. I’m Serina. Pleasure is all mine."

Brisk, all business, it was easier to handle the separation this way. Earlier, she had kept herself together by holding perfectly still. Now that wasn’t an option, but she would have to hold it in all the same. Tonight, once the sun had gone down and her companions were asleep, she could curl up and bawl or collapse to her knees and beg every and any god to keep them safe. For now, she had to keep a firm lower lip or risk bawling.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Untitl11

Glancing at Mirage, Naom grinned and told him, "Serina Aaron is over there." He pointed towards his brother before smiling at Noir and saying, "I’m glad to meet you as well, but isn’t it three others? Three gi-" Just as he said it, he heard the voice of a female. Glancing at the redhead girl, he decided instantly that he didn’t like her. Smart enough not to say anything, he pressed his lips together and nodded abruptly. "Yeah, let’s find the last two," he said, his tone eager despite how he felt. Glancing around, he instantly spot two girls that had approached Serina. With a flicker of amusement, he realized that since one of the girl’s his sister was supposed to travel with was there, it was likely that the green haired freak and the raven were a part of their group.

With an eager little leap, he took a few steps. "Come on," he trilled to Sophia and Noir, already heading towards the green haired girl. He was energetic and youthful. As the youngest member of their group, it wasn’t so shocking. His brother and sister had babied him, so he really didn’t understand much of the road, but he wasn’t worthless. An excellent cook, motivated, and a quick learner, he wouldn’t be a disadvantage...or so he told himself. Since he was aware of his weaknesses, he was a big more confident than he might have been. Glancing at Nior, Sophia, and the two girls that he was headed towards, he hoped that he was right about that. He really wanted to live to see Serina and Aaron again.
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Aaron10

A soft hiss escaped Aaron when Sabrina suddenly appeared beside his sister. He had been half out of it and the way she spoke...no. Aaron just hated everyone. When his sister stood up, he caught her kiss and then flipped her off. Her faint smile didn’t do much to reassure him. Drawing his legs up to his chest, he tilted his head back to look up at the sky, ignoring everything for a moment. Unfortunately, before he could get lost completely in his mind, a voice butt in rudely. Keeping his eyes from narrowing into a glare, he look in the direction of the voice and saw a relatively cute boy. Considering he was homosexual, it might have been a good opportunity, traveling with guys, but he still found himself prepared to hate it. After all, he was direly protective of his siblings, and this was the first time he had done anything without both of them.

"Aaron," he told Riley. Leaning back against the windshield, he made no move to get up or go find Mirage. The other would find them eventually. From there, he and Riley could fight it out to figure out how would lead and pick which direction they were heading. Until then, he intended to meditate as best he could.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Mirage12

Mirage looked over to where the last of the two triplets stood, noticing that the female was now walking towards them. They were all pretty in their own way, he thought, as he noticed more people walking into the small circle. He felt an odd sense of disappointment as some began walking off. He had known it was stupid, but he had had a small hope that the Alpha would show. He shook off the feeling, thanking Naom for the information.

He stood, sliding off the car with the grace of a dancer. Just as he touched the ground, the female had reached them and informed him what he already knew. He thanked her as well, before heading over towards Aaron. Obviously the walk wasn’t long, but Mirage felt like it took forever and yet seemed to pass too fast. He noticed one of the red-heads dance through, noticing how she moved. She was killing someone, even if it was in her head. She was graceful, elegant, and so deceptive. He turned his gaze from her and towards Aaron and the silver-haired newcomer, assuming is was Riley. “I’m Mirage, your sister and brother told me you’re Aaron. It’s nice to meet you.”

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Noir11

Noir watched as more people came over to their car, his gaze on the dancing redhead. She looked a little too happy to him, but he would be nice. Always start out nice, even if it wasn’t what you meant. For you lived longer that way. He wasn’t as startled as Naom when she jumped on the car, regarding her much the same as she did him. She looked younger than he did, but that didn’t mean anything in this line of work.

He moved when Naom did, careful not to disturb anyone else. While it was nice to be polite, sometimes it was even better to remain invisible. He spotted the two they were headed for, one very tomboyish, the other kind of shy looking. He wondered how their little group would work out. He also didn’t like the feeling of being outnumbered by girls. It wasn’t that he didn’t trust the gender, but looking at the ones around him, he couldn’t help but wonder how many he could actually trust despite what the Alpha said.

“Are you two possibly, Lina and Sarah?” He asked, stopping near the group, but out of dagger range of each of them. Despite his earlier enthusiasm, he was a bit wary now.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Group, Open) Raquel10

Raquel greeted Serina with a smile and glanced at the red head, looks similar to the one who had just left with Noir. She accepted the hand thrust out to her, she shook it quickly before letting it go. “Your assumption is right, Serina. I am Raquel and I’m guessing that you are Sabrina. Don’t take all the pleasure, Serina. Leave some for me, otherwise it’s just going to be a boring trip. I’m assuming all the groups are together now, so shall we be on our way?”

She didn’t like waiting. When she wanted to do something, it had to be while she wanted to do it otherwise it was pointless. She wouldn’t do it afterwards. She slid off the car, her 5’ 6” frame stretching as she worked the kinks out of her muscles. Metal was nice and cool, however, it was very uncomfortable sometimes.
