Pale Moon Light (Open/Possibly Mature)

The pub was loud with a roar of clamor. The bar wench worked quick to her father's pleasure. She helped all customers that called for her, drunk or sober. She was quick on her feet, but her hands were much quicker. "Adele, Adele, Adele, Adele, Adele..." They called for her. "Yes, I am coming. Hold one moment please."

She hurried her tight little body over to the other end of the bar. She smiled the fake smile she always gave and blinked at them adoringly. The more she flirted and aroused their desires, the more money she made. Her and her father started the pub many years ago after Adele's mother died in a horrible accident. Nadir never intended for his daughter to work as a wench at the bar, but he had no choice, they were low on money and he needed the extra hands for free. He always told himself that he would never make her stay, try and force her to get out there and make something for herself, but now was not the time. He didn't see that time coming any sooner.

Adele never knew what her father wanted of her. She expected that he loved having her there and working diligently. She did everything that she possibly could to make him happy, but nothing ever seemed to get the real response she desired. She sometimes dreamed of being somewhere far from here, somewhere not working, but just enjoying life. She had been working since she was at least 12 years old. Now being 19, she felt she needed a break, but doing that might offend her father. She decided to stay, hoping something or someone would save her.
